Note-Ably North Texas wants You!
We are always looking for singers for all parts, especially tenor (soprano with light texture) & basses (Alto II/low voice tenor range). Leads are essential--primarily melody singers and Baritones are mid-range harmony singers that truly fill in the chords for our style! If you've sung in a chorus, choir, a cappella group or a rock band, we'll teach you Barbershop!
How do I Join?
Visit a Rehearsal
You can learn more about us by visiting a rehearsal. You can meet members, ask questions and if you're ready, we'll voice-place you and you can sing with us on the risers! It's a fun way for us to get to know each other. We rehearse on Tuesdays at 7pm at the Blue House Too Gallerie in Watters Creek Shopping Center. Message us so we know you are coming! Contact Us
Audition
To audition, prospective members sing memorized material. They have the choice of singing any of the songs they are learning with the chorus, including one current Contest Song. Auditions may be held on or after the 4th visit**. Contact Us for more information!

What Will Be Expected of Me If I Join the Chorus?

We are a member organization, and all of our members pay monthly dues. New Members also pay an initial registration fee of that includes chorus onboarding plus your initial year of membership with Sweet Adelines International & Heart of America Region 25!
Those considering membership may sing with us for an extended period by contributing a monthly honorarium without joining after 4 visits. Additional activities can add expenses, but they are the choice of the member to participate in: Summer Music Camp, Contest, Custom tailoring of costume, personal items (make-up, shoes, undergarments). |
